Home-made water kefir? It's as easy as A, B, C. 


Brewing your own kefir is an amazing experience! By harnassing the power of microbes you are creating a delicious drink full of living bacteria which are great for you! 

Some tips and tricks:

- Be creative! After filtering out the grains, figs and lemons, you can try out dozens of variations with fruits, herbs and spices! 
- Water kefir is a living product, so leave your fermenting jar in a dark space (i.e. cupboard).
- Store your kefir in the fridge once ready
- Use organic ingredients as pesticides won’t spare the living kultures in kefir
