- Créer du contenu pour Instagram et TikTok

- Préparer et emballer les commandes
- Préparer les commandes spéciales et livraisons pour les clients actuels et futurs
- Assurer le suivi des commandes et la facturation
📊 Gestion des stocks
- Gérer les stocks en collaboration avec l'équipe Sales
- Maintenir le stock du garage à niveau
🍐 Dégustations & terrain
- Organiser, briefer et animer des dégustations sur le terrain
- Récupérer du matériel à travers la Belgique (missions occasionnelles)
🤹 Polyvalence
- Découvrir tous les aspects d'une startup : logistique, livraisons, dégustations, événements, etc.
📅 Durée : 3 à 6 mois · Début : septembre
Profil recherché
- Bilingue NL/FR ; l'anglais est un plus
- Permis de conduire (boîte manuelle) + à l'aise pour conduire une camionnette
- Disponible sur site à Bruxelles (Boitsfort)
- Autonome, avec de l'initiative et un bon sens du contact
- Profil touche-à-tout, organisé et rigoureux, avec une réelle curiosité pour le marketing et la vente d'un produit innovant
- À l'aise avec Canva, Excel et les étiquettes d'expédition est un plus
- Tu disposes de ton propre ordinateur portable

- Follow up on orders and handle invoicing

- Manage stock in collaboration with the Sales team
- Keep the garage stock topped up
🍐 Tastings & field
- Organize, brief and run tastings in the field
- Pick up equipment across Belgium (occasional missions)
🤹 Versatility

Who we are looking for
- Bilingual NL/FR; English is a plus
- Driving license (manual) + comfortable driving a small van
- Available on site in Brussels (Boitsfort)
- Autonomous, with initiative and good people skills
- An all-rounder profile, focused on organization and rigor, with a genuine curiosity for the marketing and sales of an innovative product
- Comfortable with Canva, Excel and shipping labels is a plus
- You have your own laptop

- Materiaal ophalen doorheen België (occasionele opdrachten)

- Alle kanten van een startup ontdekken: logistiek, leveringen, proeverijen, events, enz.

- Tweetalig NL/FR; Engels is een plus
- Rijbewijs (manueel) + vlot met het rijden van een bestelwagen
